个人简介

毛丙永,博士,江南大学食品学院副教授,主要从事功能性益生菌、益生元的研究,近年来围绕益生菌资源开发、益生元与肠道微生物的相互作用机制、以及益生菌在发酵食品中的应用开展了一系列的研究,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后基金、江南大学自主科研计划青年基金等项目,成果获得教育部高等学校科学技术进步奖二等奖、中国商业联合会科学技术奖二等奖。在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Nutrients、Food & Function、Scientific Reports、中国食品学报、食品科学、食品与发酵工业等期刊发表科研论文10余篇,其中SCI论文6篇(一作),申请国家发明专利16项,获授权专利4项;参与《Lactic Acid Bacteria: Bioengineering and Industrial Applications》(Springer出版社)、《乳酸菌科学与技术》(科学出版社)、《婴幼儿肠道菌群和益生菌新进展》(人民卫生出版社)的编写工作。 教育背景 博士,食品科学,江南大学(2009-2015) 学士,食品科学与工程,江南大学(2005-2009)
