2005-2009年,河北经贸大学,食品科学与工程专业,学士学位; 2009-2011年,中国农业大学,农产品加工与贮藏工程专业,硕士学位; 2011-2015年,荷兰瓦格宁根大学,乳品科学与工程专业,博士学位; 2015-2017年,美国北卡罗来纳大学,生物医学专业,博士后; 2017-今,江南大学食品学院(周鹏教授团队)

研究领域

主要从事特种乳(母乳、羊乳、驼乳和牛乳)蛋白质组学的研究,主要包括乳清蛋白和乳脂肪球膜蛋白在不同哺乳期间的变化、物种间的差异性、蛋白质功能特性,为调节婴儿配方奶粉提供理论依据;同时还研究不同加工方式对乳请蛋白和乳脂肪球膜蛋白结构和功能特性的影响,以及在加工过程中产生的美拉德反应对乳蛋白功能特性和消化性的影响
