个人简介

王玉川,男,汉族,河南周口市人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事农产品与食品高效物理场预处理、解冻、杀菌、优质干燥等新技术研究与装备研发及集成示范工作。 1989年6月毕业于重庆大学,获得工业电气自动化专业学士学位;2013年6月毕业于江南大学,获得江南大学农产品加工与贮藏工程专业博士学位;1993年2月-1994年1月,在华中科技大学脱产进修制冷原理与设备专业,2002年7月-2004年9月,在西北农林科技大学在职进修食品科学与工程硕士专业。大学毕业后,先后在河南省淮阳县冻干食品厂、河南省双汇集团、河南郑州升华科技有限公司、上海金丝猴集团从事食品加工新技术与装备研发及管理工作。 近年来,主持或参与国家及省部级科研项目8项,在国内外学术期刊上发表研究论文30多篇,其中:SCI 论文19篇;参与出版专著3本;授权专利15项,其中:国外授权专利4项;获得省、部级科技成果奖12项,市级科技成果奖2项。相继开发50多种调理食品产品与工艺技术,以及常压微波喷动床干燥技术与装备、负压微波脉冲喷动床干燥技术与及设备、微波杀菌新技术与装备,射频解冻新技术与装备,部分研究成果已应用于工业生产。

研究领域

主要从事农产品与食品高效物理场预处理、解冻、杀菌、优质干燥等新技术研究与装备研发及集成示范工作。
