马小媛,女,1983年生,博士,副教授。2006年于南京理工大学化工学院生物工程专业本科毕业,获工学学士学位;2011年于东南大学生物电子学国家重点实验室获应用化学工学博士学位(硕博连读);2011年10月至今于江南大学食品学院任教。
研究领域
具有多年生物学、纳米材料科学和光谱分析科研经历,主要从事纳米材料制备及LSPR分析技术研发工作,目前主要研究方向为纳米生物分析和食品营养安全分析
