个人简介

王周平,男,1974年4月生于陕西宝鸡;江南大学二级教授,博士生导师,食品学院副院长。2004年在西南大学获得分析化学博士学位。2004-2006年,在清华大学化学系从事博士后研究工作。2006年至今在江南大学食品学院工作,2007年聘为教授,2009年评为博士生导师。系国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才(2018),科技部中青年科技创新领军人才(2017),教育部“新世纪优秀人才计划”入选者(2011),江苏特聘教授(2017),法国梅里埃科学基金获得者(2010),江苏省”六大人才高峰“入选者(2015),江苏省“333高层次人才工程“培养对象(2013),江苏省青蓝工程中青年学术带头人(2012);国家食品药品监督管理局首批餐饮服务食品安全专家,江苏省食品安全标准审评专家,中国仪器仪表学会食品质量安全检测仪器与技术应用分会副理事长、江苏省食品科学与技术学会秘书长;国际刊物《Aptamer》和《Aptamers and Synthetic Antibodies》编委。
