个人简介

1978年3月生,教授、博士生导师。主要从事食品微生物学及分子生物学相关领域的教学和科研工作,研究方向为食品微生物功能发掘与利用,研究工作围绕食品微生物产功能多不饱和脂肪酸、产功能蛋白及多肽的研究及应用展开。主持承担国家自然科学基金、国家“863” 课题等科研项目10余项,2013年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划,2014年入选江苏省“六大人才高峰”计划,同时是教育部创新团队发展计划的骨干。在国内外食品微生物领域学术期刊上发表学术论文72篇,其中SCI收录论文47篇,发表杂志包括Appliedand Environmental Microbiology, Scientific Reports, Microbiology-Sgm等,h指数为12,发表文章被Science,JACS, Biotechnology advances 等顶级期刊引用。申请发明专利共28项(包括美国专利2项),13项已授权(其中美国专利1项)。研究成果申获教育部科技进步一等奖、中国商业联合会科学技术一等奖各一项。 受教育经历 2011-2012 美国WakeForest University医学院脂质研究中心 博士后 2001-2006 浙江大学材化学院 生物工程专业 博士 1997-2001 浙江大学化工系 生物化工专业 学士 研究工作经历 2013 - 至 今 江南大学 食品学院 教授、博导 2007 - 2013 江南大学 食品学院 副教授、硕导 2006 -2007 江南大学 食品学院 校聘副教授
