个人简介
范柳萍,女,汉族,1972年5月出生于山西省祁县;2005年毕业于江南大学食品科学与工程专业并获博士学位,2013年聘为教授。主要从事食品科学领域的教学与科研工作,包括果蔬真空油炸与干燥技术、油炸食品贮藏稳定性研究、煎用油的品质分析、特色果蔬汁加工等方面。主持国家自然基金、国家青年自然基金、江苏省自然基金、国家“十一五”和“十二五”科技支撑计划、农业部公益性项目等国家级课题6项,研究成果获得国家科技进步二等奖(排名第六),江苏省科技进步一等奖(排名第三),在国际核心期刊(SCI)上共发表论文16篇。
