研究领域

一直从事于淀粉资源的开发与利用工作,侧重在淀粉结构剖析、结构与淀粉物理性能和营养特性之间相关性以及淀粉深加工关键技术方面开展研究工作,在变性淀粉研制的基础理论和生产关键技术、淀粉与大分子物质(亲水胶体)的相互作用等方面均有理论突破和技术创新
