个人简介

李兆丰,男,中共党员,工学博士,教授,博士生导师。主要研究方向为淀粉生物技术。入选江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师和中青年学术带头人培养对象,以及江苏省“双创博士”资助对象。作为项目负责人,主持了国家自然科学基金(青年、面上)、省自然科学基金、国家“十二五”科技支撑计划、省农业科技支撑计划、中国博士后科学基金、省博士后科研资助计划等国家、省部级科研项目,并获得霍英东教育基金会青年教师基金。已发表学术论文100余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI收录论文30余篇;申请发明专利55项,其中授权发明专利近30项。研究成果获教育部科技进步一等奖、技术发明二等奖等奖项。 教育经历 2005年9月-2009年6月 江南大学 发酵工程专业 工学博士学位 2002年9月-2005年6月 江南大学 制糖工程专业 工学硕士学位 1998年9月-2002年7月 江南大学 食品科学专业 工学学士学位 工作经历 2009年6月-2012年10月 江南大学食品学院 校聘副教授 2009年9月-2010年8月 美国堪萨斯州立大学谷物科学与工业系博士后 2012年10月-2016年9月 江南大学食品学院 副教授 硕士生导师 2016年9月-至今 江南大学食品学院 教授 硕士生导师
