个人简介

毛健,男,工学博士,江南大学“至善教授”,博士生导师,国家黄酒工程技术研究中心副主任。以第一完成人获得“黄酒绿色酿造关键技术与智能化装备的创制及应用”国家技术发明奖二等奖。现担任中国蒸馏酒产业技术创新战略联盟秘书长,中国食醋产业技术创新战略联盟秘书长,中国食品科学技术学会理事、黄酒分会常务理事、副秘书长,中国酒业协会黄酒分会副理事长、技术委员会副主任、副秘书长,中国酒业协会酿造料酒分会常务副理事长、技术委员会主任、副秘书长,中国中药协会药酒专业委员会副主任、专委会专家委员会副主任委员。
