个人简介

王莉,江南大学食品学院教授,博士生导师,中国粮油学会食品分会理事,中国食品学会休闲食品分会理事。“农产品加工十佳青年人才”、“全国粮食行业青年拔尖人才”。长期从事谷物精深加工和谷物资源的食品化和高值化的研究,围绕健康主食开发、品质提升和副产物综合利用,致力于共性关键技术和产业化应用的研发。研究方向为谷物精深加工、生物大分子结构与功能活性、谷物功能因子、健康食品的开发等。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家“十三五”、“十二五”、863计划、农业部公益性行业等国家及省部级以上项目12项,横向课题8项。近年来,以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI等论文58篇,申请和授权专利26项。在教学方面,担任“食品添加剂”、“功能性食品”及“食品分析实验”的本科生教学工作以及“食品风味化学”的研究生教学工作。荣获教育部科学进步一等奖、中华神农一等奖、中国轻工业联合会二等奖、中国商业联合会科技进步二等奖省部级以上奖励多次。 教育背景 2014.3-2015.3,功能食品及食品功能因子的评价,美国康奈尔大学 访问学者, 2004.9-2009.6,粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程,江南大学 硕博连读 2000.9-2004.6,食品科学与工程,南京农业大学,学士
