个人简介

赵建新,博士、教授、博士生导师,江南大学食品学院食品生物技术中心主任。中国食品科学技术学会功能食品分会理事,中国生物发酵产业协会益生菌制品分会理事,江苏省微生物学会理事。2013年入选江苏省“六大人才高峰”计划。2014年到Wake Forest大学医学院开展合作研究工作。

研究领域

为食品生物技术和传统食品加工技术,主要从事益生菌的资源开发与利用,功能乳制品制造,传统发酵食品工业化等研究工作
