个人简介
张薄博,男,香港中文大学博士,江南大学生物工程学院副教授,硕士生导师。,是欧盟FOTOBIOMAT项目研究员。主要从事食药两用真菌发酵生产功能食品/活性产物,生命复合材料的合成与应用,食品/农业废弃物的固态发酵生物综合利用等方面的研究。近5年发表论文近40篇,其中以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI论文22篇,一区文章7篇,二区文章7篇。主持或参与了十三五国家重点研发计划项目,欧盟FOTOBIOMAT项目,863计划、十二五项目、国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金等纵向科研项目8项,企业横向科研项目4项。

研究领域
(1)食药两用真菌发酵合成活性产物的研究:包括红曲天然(红、橙、黄)色素和活性产物(洛伐他汀类物质等),牛樟芝中具有显著抗癌、护肝等活性的代谢产物的生物合成与发酵调控,桦褐孔菌、桑黄等药用真菌发酵,蘑菇活性多糖等方面的研究
(2)生命复合材料&生物催化:包括利用生命复合材料合成高价值代谢产物,微生物细胞催化在食品和医药中的应用
(3)食品/农业废弃物的生物综合利用:利用甘蔗渣、玉米芯、豆渣、麦糟、茶梗、低次烟叶等废弃物作为食药用真菌固态发酵的基质,生产高附加值产品
