个人简介
国务院享受政府特殊津贴专家,主要研究方向包括智能信息处理与数据挖掘、水利信息化等。现兼任中国水利学会水利信息化专委会副主任委员、江苏省水资源保护协会副理事长。先后负责完成国家自然科学基金项目、国家“863”项目、水利部创新基金、水利部“948”项目、南京市基金项目以及“水库调度综合业务系统”、“省级防汛指挥系统”等一批重点工程应用项目,其中有5项研究成果获得国家及部省级科技进步奖。发表论文60余篇,其中SCI/EI检索20余篇。申请国家发明专利近20件,已授权10件。1995年获水利部优秀教师荣誉称号,1997年被列入江苏省“333”人才工程首批培养人选。
