个人简介

教育经历 1998年考入华中农大学农学系就读,2002年获得本科学位,同年考入华中农业大学作物遗传改良国家重点实验室硕博连读,2007年6月获得作物遗传育种专业博士学位。 工作经历 2007.6 - 2009.8 昆明理工大学生命科学与技术学院 讲师 2009.9 - 2015.10 昆明理工大学生命科学与技术学院 副教授 2015. 11 - 至今 昆明理工大学生命科学与技术学院 教授

研究领域

主要从事三七、岷江百合等植物资源抗病基因的克隆、功能分析及植物与微生物互作方面的研究工作。目前是云南省三七资源可持续利用重点实验室、国家中医药管理局三七资源可持续利用重点实验室、昆明市道地药材可持续发展利用重点实验室及昆明市中药材产业发展协同创新中心的核心骨干研究成员。自身学术水平和研究能力在植物与病原真菌互作的分子机制、植物抗病基因的克隆、功能验证及应用方面具有一定的影响力。先后研究了三七与茄腐镰刀菌以及岷江百合与尖孢镰刀菌的分子互作机制,从三七、岷江百合中分离了数十个参与真菌病害防卫反应的基因,采用反向遗传学技术验证了多个基因的功能,并利用转基因技术将这些抗病功能基因应用到植物抗病基因工程中,目前已获得了多个抗病性增强的植物新材料。
