孟烜宇主要从事生物大分子的计算机模拟研究,研究方向涉及离子通道等跨膜蛋白的作用机制、蛋白质相互作用、纳米药物与蛋白质的相互作用、药物小分子设计等。对离子通道等跨膜蛋白有深入研究。
