个人简介

章良,苏州大学药学院生物制药系教授,主要从事肿瘤免疫学研究。2005年6月在中国药科大学生命科学与技术学院获得微生物与生化药学博士学位, 2007年进入苏州大学医学生物技术研究所博士后流动站做博士后,2014年赴美Mayo clinic免疫学系进行访问学者研究工作。担任plos one, Science Publishing Group审稿人。

研究领域

目前致力于研究共刺激家族分子在肿瘤免疫逃逸中的作用及其靶向治疗的机制,发现负性共刺激分子B7-H4及B7-H1不仅可表达在细胞膜表面抑制T细胞的激活,也可以转移到细胞核促进肿瘤的增殖和转移,为负性共刺激分子在肿瘤中的作用研究提供了理论基础。
