个人简介
2008年6月,毕业于苏州大学材料工程学院,获工学学士学位;2011年6月,毕业于苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,获工学硕士学位;2014年12月,毕业于苏州大学功能纳米与软物研究院,获理学博士学位。
2010.9~2011.1和2012.4~2012.7期间,分别两次在香港城市大学超金刚石及先进薄膜研究中心交流学习;2013.9~2014.9期间,在加拿大滑铁卢大学电子及计算机工程学院交流学习。
2015年5月,加入苏州大学能源学院。
研究领域
主要致力于材料优化、物理机制、器件工程等方面相结合的研究,从而实现高效率有机光电器件的制备,为其产业化应用提供新方法和新技术。
1)有机光伏电池器件:钙钛矿太阳电池,全有机薄膜太阳电池;
2)节能有机电致发光技术:叠层器件,光提取技术,大面积制备工艺;
3)有机半导体器件物理:载流子动力学,自旋电子学
