个人简介

李桢,苏州大学放射医学与防护学院特聘教授,博士生导师,中组部第十二批“计划”入选者(2016)、江苏省“双创人才”(2016)、“江苏省第五批特聘教授”入选者(2014)、德国洪堡学者(2006)和澳大利亚Queensland Smart Futures Fellow (2009)。2005年博士毕业于中国科学院化学研究所,之后9年间先后在英国利物浦大学、德国锡根大学、澳大利亚昆士兰大学和澳大利亚卧龙岗大学担任助理研究员、洪堡学者、以及研究员,于2014年到苏州大学放射医学与防护学院工作,开展多模态分子影像在重大疾病精准诊断与精准治疗的相关研究。目前已转让发明专利2项,申请专利6项,撰写英文专著2章,发表SCI论文110余篇(其中40%论文发表在影响因子大于5的国际期刊),论文被引3900余次(单篇引用超过100次的有10篇)。研究成果荣获北京市科学技术一等奖(2014)、苏州市科技三等奖(2015)和华夏医学科技三等奖(2016)。

研究领域

多模态分子影像(光声成像、荧光成像、核磁共振成像(MRI)、核医学成像(SPECT/CT, PET)等)在重大疾病精准诊断与精准治疗方面的研究,具体包括: 1.多模态诊疗一体化分子影像探针的制备、表征和修饰; 2. 多模态分子影像在肿瘤诊断与治疗中的应用; 3. 多模态分子影像在神经疾病诊断与治疗中的应用。
