个人简介

田肖和,博士,分别于2010年和2013年在英国谢菲尔德大学工程与材料学院和生物医学学院取得硕士和博士学位,2013-2015年在英国伦敦大学学院化学学院分子毒理实验中心从事博士后研究。2015年6月入职安徽大学生命科学学院从事教学和研究工作。目前,主持国家自然科学基金、安徽省面上基金等4项。以第一及通讯作者在Science Advances、Chemical Science、Theranostics、ACS Applied Materials & Interface、Chemical Communication等国际知名期刊发表学术论文40余篇。获中国发明专利7项。是J.A.C.S、ACS Nano、Sensors and Actuators b-Chemical等多个杂志的审稿人。 2013/11-2015/05 博士后 英国伦敦大学学院化学学院 2010/06-2013/11 英国谢菲尔德大学,神经科学和药物运输专业,博士,生物医学学院 2008/08-2010/05 英国谢菲尔德大学,生物纳米技术专业,硕士,工程与材料学院

研究领域

1. 中枢神经系统药物靶向系统 通过对血脑屏障的三维(3D)和体内建模,研究双氰基类化合物对血脑屏障(BBB,blood-brain-barrier)的穿透作用,并探索其分子机理。研究该类小分子在透过BBB后,对阿尔兹海默症的淀粉类沉淀的靶向及清除作用。 2. 小分子荧光探针对蛋白及亚细胞器的靶向。 利用亚细胞器内微环境的不同以及蛋白质的构象,设计合成与其特异响应的小分子荧光探针,在分子水平下达到对亚细胞器生理环境及动态变化的检测。 3. 新型配位化合物在超分辨成像中的应用。 与伦敦大学学院化学学院GiuseppeBattaglia教授合作,利用金属配合物在超分辨显微镜和液相电子透射显微镜下构建细胞骨架的超精细结构。
