研究领域
集成化生物技术――生物上、中、下游集成化技术与机理研究，特别是具有自主知识产权的基因编辑技术的机理与应用研究。理论上，研究分子生物学原理（基因表达调控）与发酵调控原理（环境因子调控）；应用上，通过理性设计结合现代生物技术等实验手段解决微生物转化与降解、蛋白（酶）设计与表达、及生物分离过程中的难题。主要涉及环境微生物转化与降解、微生物制药（甾体与蛋白药物）、与生物分离（蛋白质分离与复性）等领域。
