个人简介
1988年6月-1992年5月河北工业大学电子系讲师，1992年6月破格晋升副教授，1996年6月破格晋升教授。2004年1月-2016年10月任河北工业大学电信学院院长。于西安交通大学半导体器件与微电子学学科获工学博士学位。
