个人简介

包新华, 博士，上海大学理学院化学系副教授、化学系副主任。历任上海科技大学助教、讲师，上海大学讲师、副教授。 2005年9月, 上海大学材料学院材料学专业获博士学位。 2001年, 上海大学物理化学专业毕业并获理学硕士学位。 1982年, 毕业于上海科技大学化学系理论化学专业。
