研究领域

根据器件的功能要求进行设计,利用仿真软件进行性能模拟决定材料和加工工艺,通过CAD等软件进行掩模板设计,最终利用体微机械加工、表面微机械加工等微机电系统(MEMS)工艺技术完成器件的制备。(1)在微流控方面:针对微流控芯片在细胞分析和检测领域的应用,设计和制备了两种基于微陷阱阵列的细胞捕获结构,并以此为基础进行血浆分离和白细胞捕获;利用磁学和生物学方法相结合研究肿瘤细胞捕获芯片。(2)在微能源方面:主要进行电磁式振动能量采集器等相关研究。
