个人简介

1999年毕业于中国药科大学中药制药专业,获得理学学士学位(师从罗厚蔚教授和丁林生教授)。2006年毕业于中国药科大学药物化学专业,获理学博士学位(师从闵知大教授和梁敬钰教授),同年进入中科院上海有机化学研究所从事博士后研究工作(师从俞飚教授),并于2007-2010期间在美国威斯康辛大学进行博士后研究(师从Aaron Monte教授)。 2010年10月回国加入中科院微生物研究所成为副研究员,于2016年06月受聘成为教授,引进到华东理工大学生物工程学院工作。期间于2012年获得中国科学院公派出国留学,在美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校合作研究6个月(合作导师Pieter Dorrestein教授),并于2017年获得国家留学基金委资助,在波士顿大学进行合作研究一年(合作导师刘平华教授)。 研究成果发表SCI论文47篇,包含共同通讯作者或第一作者论文27篇,发表在AngewChem, Nat Prod Rep, Org Lett, ApplMicrobiolBiotechnol等期刊上;发表合作文章20篇在Nat Biotechnol, Org Lett等期刊上。获得授权专利8件。主持自然科学基金面上项目1项,主持完成自然科学基金青年项目1项和十二五“艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治”科技重大专项子课题1项,参加国际抗结核联盟的合作研究项目和欧盟第七框架计划“PharmaSea”项目。

研究领域

1. 微生物来源的活性天然产物研究 采用基因组生物信息学分析和多种谱学分析手段为导向,快速发现和鉴定微生物来源(包括放线菌和真菌)的新颖活性天然产物。 2. 利用合成生物学策略合成“非天然”的活性天然产物 运用合成生物学或系统生物学策略,扩大活性天然产物结构多样性。
