个人简介

周英,1979年4月生,博士,副教授。先后主持和参与了多项国家自然科学基金、上海市科委重点项目、中央高校基本科研业务费探索基金等。主要研究方向食品及环境微生物的代谢调控机理及新型食源性益生菌资源的开发和利用等。 教育经历 2004/09–2008/03,华东理工大学,生物工程学院,博士, 2001/09–2004/06,华南农业大学,食品学院,硕士, 1997/09–2001/06,华南农业大学,食品学院,学士 研究工作经历 2008/04–至今,华东理工大学,生物工程学院,副教授
