个人简介
包斯琴(Bao Siqin), 日本东京农业大学动物学博士,现任内蒙古大学生命科学学院蒙古高原动物遗传资源研究中心教授、博士生导师、学科带头人,英国剑桥大学Gurdon发育生物学研究所兼职研究员。1988年本科毕业于内蒙古大学生物系动物学专业,1988-1989年在内蒙古大学工作期间参加了由旭日干院士主持的中国首例试管牛、羊研究。1994-2000年在日本东京农业大学的硕士和博士学校期间,主要从事牛卵子成熟机制、早期胚胎发育生物学和克隆技术研究,阐明了牛卵子成熟工程中的细胞质-细胞核的互动机制和影响早期胚胎发育的主要因素。在英国剑桥大学Gurdon发育生物学研究所和英国Sanger人类基因中心(欧洲)博士后学习和工作的十二年期间(2000-2013年),主要从事小鼠早期胚胎发育过程中的基因印迹研究及新型干细胞诱导和发育生物学研究,首次系统地研究了不同来源(体内受精、体外受精、克隆)的小鼠早期胚胎X染色体连锁的Xist基因的基因印迹关系,研究建立了小鼠新型干细胞诱导技术及其特异性功能分化,为发育生物学提供了新的研究模型,并且显示了潜在的医学应用前景。在上述学习和研究过程中,在《Nature》、《Nature Cell Biology》、《Cell Stem Cell》《Molecular Cell》等高水平科学杂志发表多篇高水平研究论文,掌握了系统的动物发育生物学理论知识和细胞、分子水平的遗传学研究技术,培养了科学、严谨的研究设计思维,取得了具有重要基础理论意义和应用价值的系列科技成果。
