个人简介

徐海阳,凝聚态物理专业博士,教授,博士生导师。国家优秀青年科学基金获得者、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划入选者,吉林省中青年科技领军人才计划入选者,吉林省拔尖创新人才,吉林省第十四批有突出贡献的中青年专业技术人才。现工作于东北师范大学物理学院,紫外光发射材料与技术教育部重点实验室。主要研究方向为宽禁带半导体材料及其光子/电子器件,近年来在ZnO材料的生长/掺杂及其紫外光发射器件、氧化物忆阻器件及其应用于信息存储和突触仿生等方面开展了有特色的研究工作。相关结果发表在ADV MATER、ADV FUNCT MATER、APPL PHYS LETT、IEEE EDL等杂志上;作为主要完成人获国家自然科学二等奖、教育部自然科学一等奖等奖项;主持来自国家基金委、教育部、吉林省等重要课题10余项;作为学术骨干参与国家973、863计划、教育部111计划等重大课题。 学士/硕士:东北师范大学,物理学院 博士:中科院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所,发光学及应用国家重点实验室(原中科院激发态物理重点实验室),凝聚态物理专业 博士后/ Research Associate:香港中文大学,物理系 2005/04 – 至今,东北师范大学物理学院,紫外光发射材料与技术教育部重点实验室,讲师、副教授(2008)、教授(2011)
