研究领域

多年来致力于研究表观遗传调控在细胞代谢及基因组稳定性维护中的作用,鉴定了多个调控DNA复制和损伤的染色质调节因子。发现染色质结合因子BRPF3、组蛋白供应以及泛素连接酶TRAIP在DNA复制和损伤应答过程中发挥至关重要的作用。此外,揭示了转录因子ZBP-89和YY1通过控制组蛋白去乙酰化酶HDACs在关键基因启动子处的招募和结合,调节了目的基因的转录和表达,并最终影响细胞的衰老或凋亡。
