个人简介

席力，男，汉族，博士，陕西勉县人。1997年本科毕业于兰州大学物理系磁学专业。2002年6月于兰州大学凝聚态物理专业获理学博士学位。2002年7月加入兰州大学物理科学与技术学院，历任讲师、副教授、教授，凝聚态物理专业、微电子与器件物理专业博士生导师。2001年9月到2002年5月，加拿大曼尼托巴大学物理与天文系访问学者，从事科学研究和教学研究工作。2003年3月到2004年3月在葡萄牙INESC-MN研究所做博士后, 从事自旋晶体管和器件方面的研究。
