范小龙 - 兰州大学 - 物理科学与技术学院

个人简介

2003年6月毕业于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院物理学专业，获得理学学士学位。同年考入本学院凝聚态物理专业攻读硕士学位，并于2005年9月获得提前攻读博士学位资格，导师为薛德胜教授。2008年入选“兰州大学优秀博士毕业论文培育计划”，于同年留校任教。2008年至2009年以“联合培养博士研究生”的身份赴加拿大曼尼托巴大学物理与天文系进行学习，从事金属薄膜自旋整流效应的相关研究工作，并于2010年6月获得理学博士学位。2012年被聘任为副教授，2015年被聘任为青年教授，2017年青年教授中期考核结果为优秀，成为正式教授。

研究领域

研究方向是自旋动力学：围绕磁性材料高频动力行为与自旋整流效应，开展高频自旋电子学器件与磁化强度动力学电检测效应的研究工作。
