个人简介

魏俊俊,工学博士,教授,项目博导。2003年毕业于北京科技大学材料科学与工程学院,获学士学位;2009年获北京科技大学材料学博士学位;北京大学博士后,美国佐治亚理工学院访问学者。担任佛山市碳电子信息材料工程技术研究中心主任,兼任《真空与低温》等期刊青年编委。主要致力于CVD金刚石及其相关材料的基础理论及应用研究工作。作为项目负责人先后承担国家自然科学基金青年/面上项目、国防重大专项(子课题)、军科委基础加强,以及装发预研等多项国家级课题。以第一作者/通讯作者发表学术论文30余篇;获得授权专利10余项,参编专著1部。获得教育部技术发明一等奖1项,北京市科技进步三等奖1项。主讲《新型功能材料与结构》、《薄膜理论与制备技术》和《先进材料导论》等本科生及研究生课程。
