教育背景： 1988年获华南理工大学生物化工专业学士学位 1994年获华南理工大学发酵工程专业硕士学位 1999年获华南理工大学发酵工程专业博士学位工作经历： 1994年留校至今在华南理工大学食品与生物工程学院、生物科学与工程学院工作，期间英国谢菲尔德hallam大学作访问学者。

研究领域

1、理论研究：1）工业微生物基因组学、转录组学、蛋白组学与生物信息学研究；2）高产工业微生物分子育种与合成生物学研究；3）丝状真菌基因工程与蛋白分泌、次级代谢的机制研究；4）多尺度发酵技术与代谢工程研究。 2、应用研究：1）工业与医药蛋白的规模化生产；2）开发食品用酶、饲料用酶、洗涤用酶、能源用酶、纺织用酶、医药用酶等新型酶制剂；3）微生物功能次级代谢产物分离、鉴定；4）大宗生物制品的绿色生产、传统酿造品生产。
