研究领域

以发展合成生物学的方法为主要研究方向,建立合成生物学的关键技术平台。针对能源、人类健康等方面的需求,在分子和细胞水平上开展研究,着重关注若干重要化学品。 (1)利用合成生物学的工具,指导改造或合成新型的或改良的生物学体系(细胞工厂),以生产生物能源燃料及生物医药化学品。 (2)通过代谢途径(网络)不断的改造和优化,系统提高目标产物产量。 (3)利用蛋白/酶改造技术,有针对性的改造细胞工厂内关键蛋白/酶,提升效率。
