研究领域

(1)重大疾病潜在生物标志物和靶标研究:随着组学技术的快速发展,国际积累了海量的组学数据,利用交叉学科的思维和系统生物学方法从各个层次去揭示疾病发病机制,鉴定其潜在的生物标志物和靶标,课题组目前主要在2型糖尿病和结核感染等方面开展研究工作;(2)高通量基因组技术在疾病预测预防中的应用:利用高通量组学技术在重大老年病及肿瘤的预测、预防上做些前瞻性的研究。
