个人简介

教育背景与研究经历: 1991-1995年,中山大学生命科学学院,动物学专业,学士学位 1999-2000年,华南师范大学生命科学院,进修生物化学与分子生物学研究生课程 2004、2008年,华南农业大学动物分子遗传专业,硕士、博士学位。 2008-2010年,华南理工大学生命科学与工程学院,博士后研究。 2013-2014年,美国华盛顿大学医学院基因组科学系,Josh Akey课题组,进化基因组研究。 教学经历: 主讲生物技术班《普通生物学》及《分子遗传学》这两门专业基础课和必修课。

研究领域

主要研究领域是动物分子遗传学、比较基因组与进化基因组学、免疫遗传学、表观遗传学,目前主要研究方向是:1)研究宿主多个限制性因子互作及其与逆转录病毒相互作用,建立灵长类动物SIV/HIV实验动物模型;2)利用生物信息学、进化基因组学方法,研究灵长类动物基因组调控区的变异、进化与重大疾病易感性等表型变异的关系。3)利用scRNA-seq和scDNase-seq等最新单细胞组学方法,研究:肿瘤免疫微环境单细胞组学;SIV感染中国恒河猴后重要免疫细胞在早期关键事件中的作用及其机制。
