学习经历 1993年毕业于江苏师范大学,获理学学士学位 2000年获南开大学理学博士学位 工作经历 2000.11-2001.11 法国原子能委员会/Grenoble I 大学博士后 2001.12-2003.12 日本Kanazawa 大学 JSPS外国人特别研究员 2004.03-2011.06华南理工大学化学与化工学院 制药工程系主任, 2004.03任副教授, 硕士生导师, 2008.12晋升为教授, 2010年被评聘为博士生导师 2010.07-至今 华南理工大学生物科学与工程学院 生物制药系主任。期间2011.06—2011.10赴法国狄德龙大学(巴黎第七大学)高级访问学者。
研究领域
1)新药研究与开发 主要进行药物的结构改造和前药研究;以及从天然产物发酵液中分离制备活性物质。已经从普伐他汀发酵液中分离得到了高活性的四氢普伐他汀,并完成了其合成工艺和结构鉴定,完成了初步的药学和毒性研究。 2)药物多晶型与质量控制 主要进行了非布索坦药物新晶型、氯吡格雷药物新晶型以及他汀类药物新晶型的研究,建立了药物转晶制备新晶型的研究和评价平台。对头孢类和克林霉素类等抗生素进行了相关物质的研究,合成开发了7个新的相关物质对照品。 3)新型医用材料与荧光免疫分析试剂 主要进行了新型生物医用胶黏剂和荧光标记抗体的开发,该类研究主要应用于医疗器械和诊断试剂盒。
