个人简介

张宇,吉林大学电子科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师。教育部重大人才工程计划特聘教授,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。2001- 2010年间本科和研究生就读于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院,并留校任教。历任美国伍斯特理工学院和宾夕法尼亚州立大学博士后,2012年获得“香江学者”项目资助,2017年获国家优秀青年基金。主要从事纳米光电材料与器件研究工作,主持多项科技部国家重点研究计划、国家自然科学基金、吉林省重点科技攻关计划等项目,在Nature Commun.、 Phys. Rev. Lett.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.等刊物发表论文80余篇,SCI他引超过10000次。2020年获得吉林省科学技术奖自然科学一等奖(排名第一),2022、2023年入选科睿唯安全球高被引学者。
