个人简介
主要学习与工作经历: 1993年7月获得吉林大学电子学与信息系统专业学士学位并留校工作; 2000年7月获得吉林大学电路与系统专业硕士学位; 2007年7月获得吉林大学微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位; 2009 年至2012 年在中科院长春应用化学研究所电分析化学国家重点实验室进行博士后研究工作。 曾先后作为第一、第二主要参加人员参与了国家863计划课题“MOEMS阵列光开关关键技术的研究”,国家863 计划课题“基于TiO2的MSM平面结构紫外探测器的研究”,国家自然科学基金项目“新型TiO2紫外光探测器的研制”,国家自然科学基金项目“聚合物液晶可变光衰减器的研究”,教育部高等学校科技创新工程重大项目培育资金资助“集成8通道聚合物分散液晶可变光衰减器的研制”。
研究领域
先后开展光通信技术、光电材料与器件的实验研究工作:包括聚合物液晶可变光衰减器件的研究、紫外探测器及其检测电路的研究、聚合物太阳能电池的测试与研制、光纤传感、气体传感器件的设计、集成与应用。
