个人简介
王一丁,男,锡伯族,教授,博士生导师。2004年~2005年做为国家公派访问学者,在法国MontpellierII (蒙比利埃)第2大学暨科学院南方电子研究所进行合作研究。2012年做为国家公派高级研究学者,在美国马里兰大学电子工程系进行合作研究。
研究领域
主要从事应用研究,如光电检测、红外透明导电膜、量子点太阳电池和发光二极管、光波导、无线光通信、无线传感器网络、微型机器人、中红外半导体激光器和发光二极管、红外干扰和对抗、无线传输信号等。
