个人简介
孙鹏,男,电子科学与工程学院,教授,博士生导师,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,国家重点研发计划青年项目首席。2014年6月毕业于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院,获理学博士学位。同年7月入选学院“金种子”优秀人才培养计划并留校工作。2017年10月被聘任为教授、博士生导师。
研究领域
针对如何提高半导体氧化物气体传感器性能以及扩大其应用范围,聚焦新型传感材料设计与制备、传感改性新策略及增感新机制,围绕传感器灵敏度、选择性、检测下限等问题展开研究。具体研究方向包括:高效半导体氧化物敏感材料的设计与制备、新型敏感材料的开发、敏感机理的研究、高性能半导体氧化物气体传感器的构建。
