个人简介

刘大力,女,1965年10月出生,教授,博士生导师,1987年毕业于吉林大学电子科学系半导体物理与器件专业,同年考入中国科学院长春物理研究所攻读硕士学位,分别于1990年和1998年毕业于中国科学院长春物理研究所,获“理学硕士学位”和“理学博士学位”。1990 --1998年 在长春物理所从事集成光学和非线性导波光学的研究工作,1993年晋升为助理研究员。1998—2000年 在吉林大学南湖校区通信工程学院工作,1999年1月晋升为副教授。2000年进入吉林大学电子科学与工程学院工作,2001年9月晋升为教授。2003年12月被评聘为微电子学与固体电子学学科博士生导师。自90年以来一直从事集成光电子学、非线性导波光栅和ZnO、ZnSe等半导体材料及其光电器件的研究工作。曾参加过国家自然科学基金项目:“掺半导体玻璃波导非线性光学特性研究”、“非线性导波光学光栅研究” 、“MOCVD法生长高阻ZnO薄膜及其紫外光探测器的研制”和“863”项目“半导体玻璃光双稳器件”、“印刷电路板间互连用光导板”等和科学院军工项目:“声光频谱分析器”、吉林省科技发展计划项目“新型宽带半导体ZnO材料的研究”研究工作。主持并完成了1996~98年度国家自然科学青年基金项目“可编程全光动态光栅光互连的研究”。作为项目负责人承担并完成了2001~2004年度国家863计划项目 :“ZnO薄膜材料的新型MOCVD生长及其激光器的研究”和2006~2008年度科技部中小企业创新基金项目:“基于半导体色敏传感技术的新型口腔用电脑比色仪”。现主要从事纳米ZnO材料及其复合材料的光电化学生物传感器和钙钛矿太阳能电池的研究的研究工作。曾在国内外刊物及会议上发表论文80余篇。
