个人简介

阮圣平,教授、博士生导师。主要从事电子功能材料与元器件的研究工作,作为负责人主持国家863项目、自然基金面上项目及省部级项目等10余项。迄今在包括IEEE Electr Device Letters, Opt Express, Advance Optical Material, J Mater Chem,Chem Comm,Nanoscale, Journal Of the American Ceramic Society, Appl Phys Lett等在内的国内外期刊发表SCI检索论文180余篇;获得国家发明专利30余项。曾被英国皇家学会授予科技贡献奖,2015年获得吉林省自然科学一等奖,指导的博士、硕士论文多次被评为吉林省优秀论文。 学习经历 1985.09-1990.07 吉林大学电子科学系半导体化学专业 理学学士 1995.09-1998.07 吉林大学电子科学系半导体材料专业 工学硕士 1998.09-2001.12 吉林大学化学院物理化学专业 理学博士 工作经历 1990.07-1992.12 长春市半导体厂 工程师 1993.01-1994.08 长春市模具有限公司 工程师 1994.09-1995.09 泰国三友公司工程师 2002.01-2004.04 中科院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所 博士后 2005.03-2007.06 英国曼彻斯特大学研究员 1998.07-至今 吉林大学 教授
