个人简介

赵毅,男,1968年8月出生,分别于1991、1994和2001年在吉林大学获得学士、硕士和博士学位。1994年起在吉林大学任教至今,分别于2000年、2003年、2006年赴捷克共合国大分子化学研究所、日本名古屋工业大学和英国谢菲尔德大学访问研究。现任吉林大学电子科学与工程学院及集成光电子学国家重点联合实验室教授,博士生导师,2004年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,,第四届中国青年科协成员,吉林省高校首批“学科领军教授”,入选2013年吉林省首批“长白山学者”。吉林省有突出贡献的中青年专业技术人才和长春市百名优秀科技工作者。 自1998年起从事有机聚合物电致发光器件的研究,2000年作为项目负责人承担的国家“863”项目“低信息含量有机LED产业化关键技术研究”(863-307-22-53)通过了863-307主题组织的评审专家组的验收,被专家组评为A+,所制作的无源有机发光显示屏参加了863十五周年成就展。 近五年来,作为负责人完成“973”计划项目课题1项,实现了我国第一个单色QVGA硅上有机微显示器件,缩短了与国外的差距,使我国进入少数几个具备研制OLED微显示器件能力的国家行列;完成了国家自然科学基金3项,其中提出了将磷光敏化原理应用于有机白光器件,被评为“特优”项目;完成了基金委中韩合作项目1项,开展了用于OLED的全P沟道Poly-Si TFT显示基板设计的研究, 首次在大陆地区完成了屏上集成周边电路的全P沟道多晶硅 TFT显示基板设计并获得了初步的显示效果,得到了基金委合作局中韩项目评估小组的充分肯定,作为重要例证在中韩联委会上展示;完成了教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”项目1项;正在主持国家973计划项目课题1项,已完成我国自主的高品质SVGA单色有机微显示器件;国家自然科学基金1项。近五年在国内外重要刊物上发表SCI论文60余篇,申请发明专利多项,已获授权发明专利3项。2010年获吉林省科技进步一等奖一项。现任中国光学学会纤维光学与集成光学专业委员会委员。

研究领域

有机电子学与有机光电器件,具体包括硅上有机发光微显示面阵芯片及成像系统,有机发光白光照明器件,柔性有机发光显示及用于柔性有源显示的TFT驱动阵列,用于短距离光纤通讯的全有机集成器件。
