个人简介

于广利,1964年生,博士,教授,博导,现为青岛海洋科学与技术国家试点实验室--海洋药物与生物制品功能实验室副主任、山东省糖科学与糖工程重点实验室主任、青岛市海洋药物重点实验室主任,曾任医药学院常务副院长(2013.3-2015.1)和医药学院院长(2015.1-2018.11)职务。自1988年以来始终从事海洋药物研发及教学工作,作为高访学者先后在美国爱荷华大学药学院从事肝素与类肝素研究,在伦敦帝国理工学院从事糖芯片和糖组学研究,在法国布雷斯特大学欧洲海洋研究所从事海洋糖类结构与活性关系研究,在糖类化合物的提取分离、结构序列分析、糖生物芯片研究、海洋糖类新药开发方面建立了较完整的技术体系。 为国务院第七届学科(药学)评议组专家、教育部“长江学者与创新团队”负责人、国家“十二五”863专家、山东省泰山学者特聘专家,山东省有突出贡献中青年专家,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家、国家新药评审专家、国家科技奖励评审专家。为《中国海洋药物》杂志副主编,中国药学会24届理事会理事,中国海洋药物专业委员会副主任委员、中国生化与分子生物学会海洋分会副理事长、山东省生化与生物技术药物专业委员会副主任委员、青岛市海洋药物专业委员会主任委员。作为负责人和主要成员,先后承担完成国家“973”课题、国家“863”专项、国家科技支撑计划、国家海洋局公益专项、国际科技合作专项、国家自然科学基金、山东省科技攻关专项、山东省重点研发计划等国家和省部级课题23项;目前主持国家新药创制科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家基金委山东省政府联合基金子课题、山东省泰山学者专项等5项。

研究领域

1.海洋生物多糖、寡糖及糖复合物的结构与活性研究; 2.海洋糖库建设、糖芯片制备及糖与功能蛋白作用研究; 3.生物中糖链(N,O-糖链、GAGs及糖脂)细微结构与疾病关系研究; 4.海洋糖类药物及医用材料的研究与开发。
