个人简介

张有为现担任华中科技大学物理学院引力实验中心副研究员。2008年毕业于厦门大学材料科学与工程专业，获学士学位；2015毕业于复旦大学微电子学与固体电子学专业，获博士学位；之后于2016.1-2017.12在瑞典乌普萨拉大学从事博士后研究。

研究领域

主要研究方向为新型二维半导体材料、器件工艺及光电传感器。
