2000年9月- 2004年6月,学士,华中师范大学,物理学专业; 2004年9月- 2007年6月,硕士,华中师范大学,凝聚态物理专业,导师:唐成春教授,祁守仁教授; 2007年9月- 2010年9月,哲学博士,超硬材料与先进薄膜研究中心(COSDAF),香港城市大学,材料物理专业,导师:张文军教授; 2011年2月-2012年4月,博士后,日本国立物质材料研究机构(NIMS),研究员,合作者:Kazuhito Tsukagoshi (PI); 2012年4月至今, 在华中科技大学武汉光电国家实验室工作,科研教学并重;

研究领域

新型(下一代)全无机薄膜太阳能电池低成本、高效率研究:在选定的太阳能电池材料体系内,重点利用半导体物理,器件物理等相关的专业知识针对特定器件的本征科学问题的解决方案;新型胶体量子点薄膜高质量制备及高效红外探测和光伏应用:重点发挥量子点体系特定的尺寸效应、表面效应等奇异特性,以突破传统薄膜光电器件的光电转换理论极限; 新型场传输特性晶体管研究及在光电子领域应用:在“后摩尔”时代,开发“后硅”基晶体管器件,以克服硅基器件的不足
