2003.9-2006.6 武汉大学物理学院,获硕士学位;2006.8-2011.5 美国亚利桑那州立大学物理系,获博士学位;2011.12-至今 华中科技大学光电国家研究中心工作

研究领域

原子尺度结构与物性关系的透射电子显微学研究,其中包括: a) 利用像差校正透射电子显微镜对光电材料及器件结构和性能的原子尺度观测与表征; b) 采用电子全息技术对半导体纳米材料及器件中电场电荷及相关电学性能的结合研究; c) 基于原位动态电子显微学对能源相关纳米材料及器件微结构演变和性能的动态研究。
