华中科技大学 光电国家实验室(筹) 光电子器件与集成功能实验室 高速大容量光通信和光信号处理核心器件和关键技术的应用基础研究,主要包括: 1)微纳光电子器件与集成(硅基光波导、铌酸锂光波导、微环谐振器、光子晶体光波导、表面等离子体波导、石墨烯、超材料等) 2)先进高速光通信技术(模分复用和空分复用相干光通信、轨道角动量光通信等) 3)先进高速光信号处理技术(波长转换、光开关、光逻辑、码型转换、信息交换等)
