研究领域

刘秀丽攻读学位及博士后期间,从事神经信息的光电联合检测研究。以培养细胞和脑片为模型,建立了独特的神经网络光学成像方法。利用飞秒激光进行神经网络高时空分辨成像,测量光刺激后诱导网络钙信号的时空分布,用之来刻画神经网络的功能联接强度,在此基础上获得了单细胞分辨的网络有向性。利用双光子独特的优势进行神经网络的结构和功能探索。
